Any idea with whats going on with TSC Processing times, my PD is current Nov’ 2003, however do not see any movement in the processing times, 485 applied on Aug 7, 007, any idea when they will publish the new processing times? Any way we can know where we are in the 485 proccess?

Current Status: Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing
So now on what basis date, RD Aug 22 or transfer date Mar 18 they will touch my case .How long will it take ? Any body on same boat…..

It is normal not to have PD on the receipts.
I guess IO can object if this happens very frequently but in that case they will warn first rather than taking other action.

Need some comments on my situation. My lawyer filed for my I-140, I-485, AP, and EAD on November 20th on EB2 Row Category. I just emails yesterday stating that my EAD card is sent to production, but they have asked for initial evidence on 485. Is it possible to review 485 without looking at the 140? I am not sure what that query is, but really hoping that it is not something serious. I’ve already waited for 16 months for my Labor to get approved. Please share your experiences, suggestions etc. regarding this.
I also canceled the appointment and re-booked it with the same outcome.
Has anybody had this happen to their case? Just trying to gauge how concerned should I get about this. Everything else on the forms looks correct but this one little thing.

Check with you employer on the validiity of the associated LCA. At the time of your H1 approval, there might have been only 8 months of validity left on the LCA. Other reason could be, assuming you are working for a consulting company, USCIS might have given you an extension till the end of the current project. I have seen several cases where USCIS only gave 6 month extensions because the project PO was only valid for 6 months.

upto april 2011. This is a bit like transferring your H1 after you complete 2.5 years with some employer: you get 3 more years, not 3.5. H1 extensions/filings/transfers are always <= 3 years.

Need quick suggestion:
Company A filed for GC. Labor and I-140 was approved. I-485 was filed during July 2007.
I changed employer in June 2009; replied to RFE and filed AC21 in July 2009.
I came to know that my GC sponsring company is going to close the company soon. My current immigration attorney is suggesting that if that happens; and if INS came to know that GC sponsring company is closing down, they will revoke my I-140.
Is it true? I thought after AC21 is invoked; whatever happens to GC sponsring company, it will not impact my GC application in any way.
Please advice.

Your I140 cannot be canceled/revoked unless USCIS detects that it was obtained fraudulently.
Your GC application will not be impacted. Just find another employer and join them with EAD.
